We have technically been up and running since August 2015. However, our transition into becoming solely a window washing company came about through an extension of a greater company.

Before branching into a windows company we were a part of a janitorial service provider, Peerless Building Maintenance, which include all janitorial needs for commercial properties. After 75 years, Peerless Building decided to separate the window services from the rest of the janitorial scope of work. Through this separation, Carlos Portillo (a previous window washer and Peerless Buildings’ operations manager) was offered to solely run and essentially create a new window washing business with the existing crew. With this acceptance, Carlos created Peerless Preferred Maintenance, Inc.
